Cross-channel marketing: Oracle ID Graph consolidates customer data

As most consumers only access online and offline buying after switching channels, the Oracle Marketing Cloud now consolidates customer behaviour and enables real-time interaction across channels.

Oracle ID Graph combines customer data from several marketing channels in a single profile, to which a company can respond in a personalised manner. Rapid Retargeter records interaction with potential buyers and existing customers and provides immediate feedback. Sales can therefore, for example, remind the customer of what’s in their shopping basket or send them additional ads for further purchases.
