The Sage Group recently presented an online solution to this problem: Sage HR Online is designed specifically for the needs of SMEs and helps mid-sized businesses acquire talented young people and strengthen the company’s reputation among job seekers.
The Software as a Service solution keeps implementation costs and expenses low; it works at any time, without installation, and from any Internet-enabled device. The HR department can optimise all job postings and the corresponding processes via a single application platform. Integrating social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn also offers comprehensive access to the talent pool. Sage HR Online is already available in Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom; in France and Portugal, the launch is planned for March.
