According to the »Executive Quiz« survey conducted by Korn/Ferry International, which is an international personnel agency, 73% of all executives believe that they could outperform their bosses. Furthermore, 65% insinuated that they would like to have their bosses’ job.
However, 42% of those questioned said that they consider the performance of their bosses either to be „excellent» or „above average», another 23% gave it an average mark and 14% said it was »below average«. 11 percent even opined that their bosses’ performance was »insufficient«. With regard to trusting their bosses 65% voted »yes« while 35% answered in the negative.
The findings of the »Korn/Ferry International Quiz« are based on a global survey among executives who are registered with the company´s Online Executive Center. Participants in the survey represented 70 countries.
